Xetava Gardens Café

Garden café in Kayenta Art Village with hand-carved wood, ample patio seating and red-rock views. Serves brunch, lunch and dinner.

Why go

Tucked into Kayenta Art Village, Xetava is one of the few restaurants where, as the owner puts it, "you're not looking at a parking lot." Hand-carved wood, garden views and an unhurried patio make it a perfect slow brunch.

What to order: The mahi tacos, the gyro salad and the from-scratch lemon cake with raspberries (per Visit Utah). Afterward, walk the Desert Rose Labyrinth.
