Washington County Development Tracker

By Simply St George · Updated · Every item links to the official document

What's getting built near you, and where is it in the process? We follow planning commission, city council and county commission agendas for St. George, Washington City, Hurricane, Ivins, Santa Clara and Washington County. We only list an item after reading it in an official agenda, notice, minutes or plat record, and we link that exact document.

How to read this: an item on an agenda is a request, not an approval. Commissions can approve, deny, table or continue an item, and many items go on to a city council for a final decision. We update an item's stage only from approved minutes or an official action report. We don't take sides on any project or builder.

New: What's Getting Approved, week of Oct. 26. Adopted ordinances, pending council votes and this week's agendas in one weekly report. Read this week's report · All weekly reports
