Sunbrook
Sunbrook is an established golf-course area on the west side of St. George, wrapped around the city-owned 27-hole Sunbrook Golf Club. Rather than one master plan, it is a collection of roughly ten smaller neighborhoods (Woodlands, Bridgewater, French Quarter, Canyon View, Tuscany Ridge and more), each with its own HOA and architectural style. Most homes are resale, built from the 1990s on. There is no golf membership requirement.
